❓ Where do I get my key after I pay? 
The key is shown on the website after the payment and sent to the email you have used at the checkout.

❓ Okay, now I’ve gotten my key. What do I do with it?
1. Please head to https://cherax.vip/, log in or create an account.
2. Go to “Purchase” and add Cherax to the cart; head to the Checkout page.
3. Go to the coupon code section of the page, then enter the entire key and press save.
4. After reading and accepting the TOS, you can buy Cherax at €0.00.
5. Head to the dropdown section of “Purchase” and select “Your Licenses”, then download the loader.

❓ How can I contact AresModz regarding a problem with my purchase or not receiving the key?

A small overview of the features for the Cherax Mod Menu

Self Options: We give you the chance to provide yourself with powers such as God Mode, Invisibility, Super Run/Jump, Walk underwater and many other options. Besides, you can make your GTA life more enjoyable with our ped animations, scenarios, and visions or use the built-in ped editor to customise your look.

Online Options: With our online/session options, you can control the session as you want. You can kick, crash or report people, and force Script or session host. There are also some troll options like Freeze or explode loop.

Player List: Here, you can kick crash or troll other people in your session or use some friendly options such as Semi-God or enable Chat commands.

Weapon Options: There are two parts to weapon options. The first is the Aim options, which include Aimbot, Triggerbot and many custom settings. The second part provides gun/impact modifications and other things such as Giving max ammo, giving all attachments etc.

Visual Options: Options here are straightforward. You can use ESP options such as Box, Skeleton, Health-bar etc., and HUD options like a screen filter and change their colours as you like.

Spawner Options: This is all about spawning vehicles in the game, custom vehicles and XML vehicles. If you want to, you can change the settings you spawn them with, for example, God Mode or Max Upgrades.

Vehicle Options: When you have already spawned your vehicle or sit in one, you have more options to try. You can add Bulletproof tyres, Make your vehicle fly, and many other things. If you want to customise the parts of your car, you can do that too.

World Options: Here, you can mess around with the time (local only), seasons, wind speed, wave height or the rain intensity.

Teleport Options: You can teleport to cords, in an exact direction, or to the same place like Safehouses or shops, your vehicle, or simply to your waypoint. You can also enable features like Auto Teleport to waypoint here.

Recovery Options: Here, you can change your level or unlock all the achievements; you can also clear reports or change LS car reputation here.

Misc: Here, you can do a lot of stuff like upgrade or explode all nearby vehicles, skip cutscenes or make every car jump around.

Protection Options: Here, you can protect yourself against malicious events from other modders like kicks or attempts to crash your game.

Settings: Here, you can create custom profiles or change the themes of your menu.

Use Chrome or Opera to download the loader, which should work fine.

Injection-related stuff is most likely to be treated as a threat because it modifies the game’s memory. Exclude the loader (.exe file) from your antivirus. You can also turn it off completely (including real-time protection) if you only have Windows Defender; otherwise, disable your main antivirus software.

Open your log of the loader. If there is a “failed to decrypt query”, be sure your antivirus is off. If this doesn’t help, re-download the loader again from the forum. If nothing of this helps, open a thread in this forum and describe your issue as best as possible.
If your log says “Invalid Hardware ID”, go here: https://cherax.vip/store/cherax.1/#hwid and reset your HWID. You can do that every 48 hours.

Try the following:
• Make sure your graphic card drivers are updated.
• Make sure all programs except the Cherax loader and GTA V are closed.
• Make sure your firewall is off. Then, start the loader as administrator (right-click it > Run as administrator).
• Make sure your antivirus is either off, or Cherax has been excluded from it.
• Make sure your game is running on DirectX11.
• Make sure you are NOT using IPv6. You need to use IPv4.

1. Delete the loader folder.​
2. Delete Cherax folder: WIN+R > %appdata% > Cherax.
3. Delete Cherax registry folder: WIN+R > Regedit > HKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftwareCherax

Change your Screen Type under GTA Settings > Graphics > Screen Type.

If none of these fix your issue,
go to WIN+R > %appdata% > Cherax > Log, copy Cherax log file and open a thread/ticket at Cherax’s support attaching it.
