❓ Where do I get my key after I pay?
The key is shown on the website after the payment and sent to the email you have used at the checkout.

❓ Okay, now I’ve gotten my key. What do I do with it?
1. Please head to https://fragmentmenu.com/, log in or create an account.
2. Then go to https://fragmentmenu.com/myaccount/ and enter the given key.
3. Press the “Download” button on the top right to download the launcher.

❓ How can I contact AresModz regarding a problem with my purchase or not receiving the key?

❓ What is the default open menu hotkey?

❓ Okay, I tried the menu out, but it doesn’t work, or I am not too fond of it. Could I get a refund?
You could apply for a Refund Request if you are eligible for our return and refund. For more info, head to Refund and Dispute Policy and fill in the form to start your refund request; remember that we are not responsible if you purchase the wrong key.

Your Game Directory is where you have your game installed. It varies depending on the drive, platform and folder you have it in, the easiest way to find out where it is to go to the games library of your respective launcher (like Steam, EGL, Rockstar Launcher) and then click on “Properties”, and then “Local Files” for that game, It’ll take you to your game folder where the .exe file for GTAV can be found.

You’re required to run the game once and close it before injecting the menu in-game first, so it starts and stops properly the first time around. Also, be sure you have auto-login enabled. If the issue persists, launch the game normally, without the menu, sign in to Social Club, and go to settings where auto-login is found and enable it, then close GTA and relaunch and try to inject the menu again.

This happens if you share your license key, change your HWID, or try to use it on more than one device before the 3-day HWID cooldown. The period Fragment must go entirely unused for the HWID to unlock for 72 hours.

Avoid using Fragment entirely for three days (72 hours) for the HWID to unlock.

Your loader is outdated; download the updated version from their website.

Create a folder named “ASI” where the fragment is located, then drag and drop your ASI files.
