Orders & Delivery
For digital products, delivery is near-instant. License keys are displayed on screen immediately after payment and also sent to your email. In rare cases during high traffic it may take a few minutes. Physical products ship within 1-3 business days with delivery times varying by location.
Check your account under Orders for your order history and status. For digital products, your license keys are available under the Licenses section of your account. Also check your email (including spam folder) for the delivery confirmation with your key.
For digital products, cancellation is only possible if the license key hasn't been revealed yet. Once a key is shown it's considered used and cannot be cancelled. Contact us on Discord or email support@aresmodz.com to request a cancellation.
Don't activate or reveal the key. Contact us immediately on Discord or at support@aresmodz.com with your order number and a screenshot of the issue. We'll send the correct product or provide a full refund.
Account & Support
No, you can check out as a guest using just your email address. However, creating an account gives you access to your order history, license key management, wishlist, saved addresses, and makes future purchases faster.
Go to the Sign In page and click Forgot Password. Enter your email address and we'll send a reset link. If you don't receive the email within a few minutes, check your spam folder or contact us for help.
Key expiration depends on the specific product and its provider. Subscription-based products have a set duration shown on the product page. Check the product details before purchasing, and you can always view your active keys and their status in the Licenses section of your account.
You can view and update your profile, addresses, and email in your account settings. Our Privacy Policy page details what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights including access, correction, and deletion. Contact support@aresmodz.com for any data-related requests.

Payments & Pricing
We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) processed securely through Stripe. If you prefer PayPal or don't have a card, visit our Pay with PayPal & Gift Cards page for alternative options using Steam, Amazon, Spotify, or PlayStation gift cards through platforms like Eneba and Instant Gaming.
All transactions are processed through Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment provider. We never store your card details on our servers. Your payment information is encrypted end-to-end and handled entirely by Stripe's infrastructure.
Yes. We support multiple currencies and automatically display prices based on your region. During checkout you'll see the exact amount in your currency before completing the purchase.
Digital product refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of purchase and are subject to review. Activated or redeemed keys are generally not eligible for a refund and the license will be revoked upon approval. Physical product returns have separate conditions. Please contact us directly before filing a chargeback with your bank — initiating a dispute without contacting us first may result in license revocation and account suspension. Yes. If you find the same product at a lower price elsewhere, contact us on Discord or email support@aresmodz.com with a link to the competitor's listing. We'll verify the price and provide a discount to match it.
Products & Usage
Depending on the product you may be able to place a backorder or sign up for a back-in-stock email notification. If backorder is available your order will be fulfilled automatically when new keys arrive. If only notifications are available you'll receive an email as soon as the product is restocked so you can purchase it.
Some products may have regional restrictions set by the publisher. Region information and any restrictions are displayed on each product page. If you're unsure whether a product works in your region, ask us on Discord before purchasing.
Each product has specific activation instructions shown on its product page. Generally you'll need to visit the provider's website listed on the product page, create an account or log in, enter your license key, and download the software. Detailed steps are included with your purchase.
Double-check that you're entering the key exactly as shown — watch for similar characters like 0/O or 1/I. Make sure you're activating on the correct provider's website as listed on the product page. If it still doesn't work, take a screenshot of the error and contact us on Discord or at support@aresmodz.com for a replacement.
